Scope of Services. Through this Site, Microtron Security markets and arranges Burglar Alarm Installation, CCTV System Installation, Home Security Installation, Remote Security Monitoring, Surveillance Camera Installation, Video Surveillance. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://securitysysteminstallationbronx.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Microtron Security or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Microtron Security makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Microtron Security's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Microtron Security in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Microtron Security from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of NY, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in NY.
